Suddenly feeling the wanderlust? I don’t blame you! If you’re curious about how you can book a villa here I’ve got a few tips that can save you quite a few pennies. The One & Only Reethi Rah website has special offers that run during the year, which could be really good for you depending on how long or when you want to stay. It’s worth checking back regularly! However I always find that Trivago is your best bet – they compare prices across a whole range of websites so you’re guaranteed to find the best deal. You’ll be surprised by how much you can save!
The pictures may look pretty, but trust me when I say this video makes it look even more stunning – I didn’t think it was possible!
There are flights to the Maldives from London and Manchester, with a stopover along the way. If you have a valid passport, valid tickets for your onward or return flight and enough money to cover your stay, UK residents can obtain a free 30-day visa upon arrival so you don’t have to worry about doing paperwork before you go. If you’ve still go questions just head over to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office‘s website, where they have all the information you need about travelling to the Maldives.
Getting to the One & Only Reethi Rah
Since the Maldives are so spread out the resort is quite a way away from Malé, with the journey there ranging from 45 mins to over an hour depending on what form of transport you take. The hotel will arrange your transfer for you – all you have to do is just give them your flight details 15 days before you arrival and they’ll quote the prices. You can travel there either by shared yacht, a speedboat or even a seaplane!
So there you have it – the One & Only Reethi Rah! Isn’t it crazy how beautiful it is? Now that all this bad weather is starting to set in all I want to do is just hop on a plane and chill on those beaches.
