You just can’t go wrong with a Budapest holiday – this fabulous city on the Danube is home to incredible architecture, breathtaking sights and plenty of amazing nightlife and culture to get stuck into! :)
Whether you fancy spending your night in the trendy ruin bars or just want to ease your aches and pains in one of the city’s famous thermal baths, the Hungarian capital is a mighty place to go. I’ve put together a great package on Expedia where you can enjoy a 4-night stay in a modern self-catered apartment in the centre of town.
Your return flights from Dublin are included as well as your stay at the Lord Apartments. You’ll have your own one-bedroomed apartment to call home – all the furnishings are lovely and modern and you’ve got tons of space! What’s more you’re just 10 minutes away on foot from famous sights such as the Parliament Building and Saint. Stephen’s Basilica.
On the opposite side of the river is the gorgeous castle and the iconic Fisherman’s Bastion, easily one of my favourite spots in town. Not only is the architecture breathtaking, but you’ll also be enjoying some of the best views of the whole city. If you want to see the city from a different perspective then why not go for a little cruise along the river? The evening dinner cruises are especially nice – sailing under the Chain Bridge as its lit up at night is pretty spectacular!
