Experience first hand the beauty of the Italian (and Swiss!) Alps with this bargain Lake Como break!

Bargain Lake Como Break

After snooping around on Trivago and Skyscanner I’ve managed to put together this fantastic holiday. Enjoy 4 days between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, and soak up some of the most beautiful views in the region! Plus you’re just a stone’s throw away from the Swiss border, so you can see two countries in one trip if you want to. :)

You’ve got return flights from Dublin to Milan Bergamo, and I’d definitely recommend hiring a car – because it’s so mountainous you might find it a little difficult to get around with public transport otherwise.

During your time here you’ll be staying at the fantastic Corte di Santa Libera hotel, located up in the mountains between Lake Lugano and Lake Como. From the comfort of your room you’ll be able to enjoy superb mountain views, plus you’ve got breakfast to get your day off to the perfect start too. :)

Probably the best way to get to know the region quickly is by going on a relaxed cruise around Lake Como – you’ll be able to enjoy those mountain views and spot all sorts of regal, stately villas and palaces. Plus you’ve got a wide range of traditional, intimate restaurants that serve incredibly fresh seafood and local specialities. Or why not head to the Swiss city of Lugano for the day? :)

One thing’s for sure – you’re gonna fall head over heels for this place. Just click the links below to book your hotel and flights. :)
