If you’re travelling far and wide, then there’s nothing better than soaking up as much of the culture as you can. I’ve found a place that won’t just make you feel right at home, but will also give you an incredible insight into traditional Moroccan culture!
Marrakech is a real feast for the senses – the bustle of the crowds, the colour of the markets and the smell of spices is incredible to take in! Today I’d like to show you the prettiest riad in Marrakech, because you won’t find this amazing kind of ambience anywhere else.
A visit to Marrakech will always be something special. Those of you who’ve been here before will know exactly what I’m talking about. While the city will definitely put you under its spell, this accommodation will perfectly round off any visit. In the Riad Yasmine Marrakech you won’t just have a place to stay – you’ll be taken on an exciting journey of discover where you’ll experience the culture and cuisine first hand.
Even just one look at the pictures clearly shows that thought has been put into every detail. While you’ll be formally invited to dive into Moroccan culture, you’ll feel right at home thanks to the hotel’s cosy and stylish décor. Colourful mosaic tiles adorn the floors, and palm trees, cacti and colourful flowers will you make you feel at ease. Comfortable loungers and chairs surround the pool in the courtyard – I imagine there’s no better place to bring a good book and really put your feet up! There are seven suites that the Riad Yasmine Marrakech provides to guests, each one retaining that familiar, welcoming atmosphere. Since pictures speak a thousand words, I’ll let the photos do the work for me!
Soak up the views of Marrakech
The ground floor isn’t the only place in this boutique hotel that will put you under its spell with its charm and character – there’s also an incredible sun terrace on the roof available to guests. How about swimming a few lengths in the pool and enjoying the sunset over the city afterwards? On the roof terrace you won’t just be able to laze about in the Moroccan sun, but also soak up those incredible views of Marrakech. See how the sky turns that deep shade of red towards the later hours, look over towards the Medina, admire the Koutubia mosque, see the Mersa Ben Youssef and marvel at the snow-decked Atlas Mountains.
A journey of discovery
The Riad Yasmine Marrakech isn’t just beautiful to look at. Those who stay here will be taken on a little journey of discovery during their stay. Every nook and cranny is bursting with that traditional Moroccan flair and gives you a valuable insight into the culture. Should you fancy it, you can always go on a culinary excursion where head chef Nadja will serve you traditional dishes such as tajine chicken with caramelised oniions or couscous with traditional Moroccan haira soup.
