Seclusion, scenery, luxury, dream, paradise… these are all words that came to mind as soon as I discovered the Rayavadee Resort, one of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever seen! It’s located in the heavenly landscapes of Krabi in Thailand, and it’s so exclusive that you’ll have a private boat shuttle to the resort – simply magical! If you’re looking for some inspiration – or just an excuse to daydream – then join me on this little journey! ;)

Luxury on Krabi

As I’ve said before, the 5* Rayavedee Resort is a place like no other, and it even received the Travellers’ Choice Award on Tripadvisor. After having a quick look at some of the 1,359 (!) reviews there I was hard pressed to find even a single one that was negative – seriously! The hotel is right next to Krabi Marine National Park, bordering the Andaman Sea and lush tropical gardens. Anyway, don’t be surprised if you spot monkeys and exotic birds – it’s quite normal here!

At the Rayavadee Resort you’ll be sleeping in magnificent rooms, tastefully decorated in a Thai style. Each room has a terrace and a minibar. Meanwhile the villas exceed all expectations: there’s a private pool, access to the beach, a private lounge… an absolute dream! Just take a look for yourself:

There are four restaurants here which all invite you to dine in heavenly settings that make for romantic evenings together. The Raya Restaurant serves fresh lobster and Western dishes, whereas the Krua Phranang offers traditional Thai dishes.

Feeling a little stressed? No problem – the hotel spa is at hand to ease those aches and pains! Enjoy incredible Thai massages which help make a stay here feel absolutely perfect.

There are many activities available to you during your stay at the Rayavadee Resort. For example you could go on a boat trip to discover the Phi Phi Islands, or don your snorkel and flippers to explore the magnificent marine life and tropical fish. You could even go hiking to admire the islands of Poda, Chicken, Tub and Hong, famous for their unusual rock formations. Or why not take a canoe up the rivers and explore the cliffs and rainforests? As you can see there’s no time to get bored here!
